While other companies just gave a quick quote, Steve and his team took the time to measure the number and size of the my current air ducts and suggested a slightly modified air handler that has made all the difference in airflow on the second floor of the house! No one else took the time to measure air flow and make suggestions. Prices are extremely competitive, they were actually below a few other companies that offered no expertise or advice, and this for upgraded equipment! All the research I did mentioned that the installer is much more important than what brand of machine you get, so this is an important point to remember. All their equipment is placed on heavy rubber blocs, so no vibrations and virtually silent! I would not hesitate to recommend this family business to anyone, and I actually already have on a few occasions. P.S: Get the HEPA filter too, the air in the house feels much cleaner and fresher now.
