Despite the crazy season in the middle of the pandemic, they were able to turn around in a matter of days for a refinancing on my property while I was living out of province. They worked it out with my new banker and got it done extremely quickly. Definitely an asset in any investor’s team or for anyone that needs something done in Montreal but cannot be physically present.
