I had to replace my whindshield 3 times (first replacement cracked during installation, second was of poor quality, the 3rd was perfect), and each time the guys took good care of my problems. Good quality installation. Professionalism. The only recommendation i can give to a potential customer, don't do my mistake, and pay additional 150$ from your pocket, and get an original windshield. Don't waste your time on "OEM-replacements" even if the shop will tell you it is the same or better quality. Nothing is same or better than the original windshield. I hope this helps.

Used their mobile windshield repair service twice and they do an extremely good job everytime. When it's done you can't even tell there was a chip. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is the best. Highly recommended!

Great service! I would recommend this Novus to everyone. Alexis took great care of me and helped me work around my schedule. I was even fortunate enough to have my car picked up and dropped off! Rare to find a company willing to help you to this extent.
