They're cheaper that competition and have a great service. We're with them for more than 2 years and never had a problem. I like it and truly recommended. Now we're also getting the TV service.
Gemstelecom provides uninterrupted and good speed internet service for a reasonable price. I have been with this company for 5+ years so far and have not had much trouble. Few outages from time to time but nothing major. The only real problem I had was with the Router. One day it stopped working. Technical support found it was faulty, then they sent me a new one. The new one did not perform good as well, perhaps bad luck. Now I am using my own Router and have no issues. The Modem they initially sent me has been working good for 5+ years so far.

Great Price-Value. Services delivered as promised and on time with follow up call . Over the past 10 years I have been getting great service with a new package 2 years ago and once again this year with Covid and work from home needs changing. Services changed and delivered with no surprises unlike the bigger province providers that were plagued with billing mistakes, poor customer service and minute increases in billing that seemed part of the business model. Never regretted leaving the big providers for Gemstelecom.
