I had an excellent experience with Limex! Limex did a full basement renovation for me (pouring of cement, structural, electric, plumbing, and finishing). They did an amazing job. Leon’s crew is fantastic. I will definitely use them in the future. Whenever I have questions Leon is always there to help.
I had Limex redo two bathrooms, put in a powder room and create an archway, not to mention rebuild my basement stairs, all in one job. Leon and his crew were unfailingly polite, supportive, knowledgeable and accessible during the job. The renovations turned out super-well, the cost estimate was accurate, and the job was finished before the deadline! I would use this company again, in fact I probably will.
As a designer I have had cause to work with Leon Lipov on several large-scale residential projects. Although aesthetic considerations were a priority, budget and timeline were also central concerns. In each instance, the Limex crew produced superlative work, with a meticulous eye for detail and craft, on time and on budget. I would recommend them without reservation.
