(December 22, 2021, 6:23 pm)Moved to Montreal from Toronto 2 years ago extremely discouraged that I'd never find a place to replace my gym in Toronto. Not only did I find this gem of a gym that topped it all, but its the people here for me. The clients, owner and people running this place. There is no exaggeration when I say that for me this place has been my sanity, home and happy place the last 2 years. I walked in there injured and one of the trainers/owners there completely fixed my injuries and transformed my body . Love everything about this place and the knowledge of all the trainers there. The best gym the best people. It feels like family and there's nothing better than that ❤️

(August 7, 2020, 3:30 pm)Fantastic environment, with personalized service and client care. If you live in TMR, or any of the adjacent Burroughs or even commute through Mount Royal, i strongly recommend becoming a member.
