I was charged with dangerous driving. I asked the firm Ticket911 to help in my defense because I thought the officer exaggerated the incident. In the past I went to court for minor stuff like parking and tried to defend myself but was ineffective. I felt that the prosecutor would not let me talk and cut me off. UPDATE January 2022:

Four years after my original post, I got a small speeding ticket. 2 points, no big deal, but I had such a good experience last time, I wanted to see what Ticket911 could do for me. I got online, sent them photos of my ticket and license, and a few months later I get a phone call from Bernard to say that the matter is settled, no points lost. Thank you Bernard and Ticket911!

In July, I was coming home from work after having received a call from my wife about an emergency at home. I made a passing maneuver on Decarie and got pulled over. I would have just paid the ticket, but because it was designated as a construction zone, I was facing the loss of 19 demerit points and a license revocation. After 12 years on the road with a perfect record! Not to mention that we had a baby on the way and I am the only driver in our family. To say I was scared of my uncertain future would be a huge understatement. I was anxious, depressed and ashamed at the thought of not being able to help my family the way I am supposed to.
