Cité Signature

Excellent place to live in, I reckon.
One of my closest friends live there and I enjoy every visit.

Absolute perfect location! You can get just about anywhere on the island being close to 3 train lines and a short bus ride to either end of the orange metro line. It’s at the corner of a busy intersection but that’s only ever a problem during rush hours, its quite peaceful the rest of the time and the building is very well insulated from all the outdoor noise, neighbors and montreal weather.
The quality of construction is very Very good for the price, I’ve seen similar constructed condos downtown go for almost twice the price/sqft. Only the essential amenities so condo fees are reasonably low.
It’s a little tough for visitors since it’s such a dense development it’s hard to find outdoor parking, unless they don’t mind walking a bit. Luckily there’s a large park close by which compensates for the denseness. The rooftop terrace offers a hot tub, bbqs, plenty of seating for sun bathing with a super nice view of mount royal. There’s no sink to wash your utensils though.
Overall, it’s a great development with a very luxurious feel, very family oriented neighborhood and all of the tenants are very respectful to eachother. Away from all the craziness that downtown might bring.

I agree with a lot of people, there isn't any visitors parking nearby. Obviously get a parking if you're thinking of buying a place there, it's actually very affordable (14$ a month). If you do have guests coming over, i suggest you to park a little further down the street of Acadie or a little further on Henri-Bourassa, max walk of 5 to 10 minutes. The area is clean affordable. I've been living in the area of CartierVille for over 15 years now and it is a quiet area, almost like LAVAL.
