I entrusted complete renovation work on the kitchen of a 3 1/2 apartment. MDO has a unique and reassuring approach.
From the outset, the site manager wishes to make us aware of the work of coordination and estimation. We learn a lot and it allows us to properly manage our expectations and reassure on a project, let's face it, really stressful.
Renovation approaches are ecological and the choice of materials is focused on sustainability.
In addition, MDO's mission is, in particular, to include women on construction sites. And I had the pleasure of having Rachel who did a thorough job in finishing the kitchen.
The site went very well, respecting the time, the immediate neighbors and within the budget (modified upwards without frustration!).
I gave a new project 2 years later and it's still just as pleasant!
In short, I recommend!
