The advice offered both aesthetically and architecturally is very good. The after-sales service is serious and rigorous. Émilie B. the representative understands our expectations well while respecting our budget. As for the doors and windows, they are of superior quality. The invoice is perhaps a little higher than the competitors but "Expertise doors and windows" does everything to give us complete satisfaction.

We just had a new patio door installed by Expertise and I would highly recommend them.

This is an excerpt of an email I wrote to our salesperson after the installation:

We are very happy with our new patio door. I wanted to write to you to tell you that I thought that your installation team was great. They were polite, not messy, took care to make sure that my kitchen wasn't damaged in the process, took time to explain the product to me, and answered my questions.

We have had quite a bit of work done in and around the house lately and this is the first time that I don't have to call the company back to make an adjustment or fix a problem that should not have happened in the first place or to come back to finish the job properly. It is like a breath of fresh air and I just wanted to point that out to you.
