Been doing business with Paul for years but just remembered to write a review now. The Grand Salon de Guitare is without question the best place to shop for a classical guitar in Canada from entry level to ultra high end. Paul runs his business at the highest caliber and you can have complete confidence when doing business with GSG.

I recently bought a Comins GCS1 ES from Paul and I am just so impressed! Sure, the guitar is fantastic, but what really shines is Paul's customer service. Extremely responsive and fantastic attention to detail.

I've never received a guitar that was shipped with this much care! The box was clearly marked as fragile, the guitar case was thoroughly covered with bubble wrap, the case had an oasis humidifier in it, and the case was secured with cardboard inserts. He also shipped it ASAP, which is a big deal for someone that agonized over a purchase for a month. ;)

If I could buy all my guitars from Paul, I absolutely would!

Paul has top-notch customer service. He replies very rapidly to emails and is easy to work with. I am very happy with my purchases and will be purchasing from him again.
