(October 20, 2020, 9:32 pm)my daughter had an appointment at 5pm and the team took precisely 27 minutes to take her for examination. The clinic was EMPTY, there was only my daughter and I and instead of picking her up the employees were talking to each other. It is a lack of respect for the punctuality of the patient. For this incident I give 3 stars. if the clinic is empty without other patients, it would be appreciated that the appointment times are respected.
