I discovered this little gem of a company some years back when I was in need of a new Bellman espresso maker...which by the way works as well today as it did the day I bought it. I haven't even had to use the spare gaskets yet. Terre was there every step of the way with advice on this purchase, and any other questions I may have had. Now I have discovered they have my favorite flavored coffee EVER. They have been so helpful in everything I've asked + more. Like preserving ones freshness of the coffee they have just purchased. Instructions for the delivery people when delivering my coffee order. This company is a total boon to the retail coffee industry and I rate them a 10+. PLUS a further bonus I just found out.
