Paid $ 200 for an air conditioning cleaning which finally took 3 days ... Following the visit of the young technician, a refrigeration technician had to come by to solve the problem of a big vibration coming from the wall unit. He in turn attempted a cleaning at 9:30 p.m. in the evening without success and another refrigeration specialist cleaned the turbine again 2 days later. No bad intentions, the young technician, very polite and anxious to do well, admitted herself that she had only been doing this work for 3 weeks. The second technician also seemed inexperienced. In short, having a skilled workforce seems to be a problem in 2021

Called them on a Tuesday because my True Comfort AC Unit was pouring water into my stairwell. I explained the man who answered the situation ( that I have small children and with an extreme heat warning I was very nervous about my AC not working) He explained that he would send a technician to clean and remove the blockage that was causing the problem. He was able to send some the next day (wednesday) at 730 am. The technician was very friendly, explained everything, was very thorough and detailed ( i have had a cleaning before and it was nothing like this) My AC is working like new. Very professional and caring about their clients. So appreciative for fitting me in ( other companies said 3-4 weeks wait time)

This morning, they came to clean our wall mounted air conditioning which really needed it !! Professional, competent and very considerate people, they took care to protect our stairs. You can trust them. thank you
