Very good courier service. I didn't need to track my parcel. I was sent text messages on the status of my package along with the name of the deliverer. Package arrived 2 days early. Very pleased.

I love that they send me the notifications. The photo attached to the delivery notification is simply amazing! Very quick service. I'm always glad when I know that Intelcom delivers my order.

Intelcom definitely improved over the year so Great job for them. Recently, every package has been delivered accordingly, so I am very grateful to all the delivery persons.

Here 2 tips that can improve the overall customer experience.

1) Have the drivers ring one (1) time when he delivers the package. A lot of them just drop the package on the floor and leave (I do understand their position when they have to deliver tons of packages in a absurd amount of time)

2) Have the Intelcom notification system (email) sync with the actual package delivery. A couple of days ago, I had my first package stolen. I receive an automatic notification via email at around 6PM (that the package has been delivered) and it was pitch black outside. I immediately opened the door and the package was not there. Upon looking at the photo of the delivery person, it was taken during the afternoon when it was still sunny (I was home all day and he did not rang at the door). Good thing it was just Amazon basics batteries.

Intelcom used to suck (pre-pandemic) but my recent experiences w/ them have been great. Love the email notification w/ name of delivery person and the delivery time window. Some other companies don't even bother ringing the doorbell and just leave the packages at the door. Keep up the good work!
