They have a lot of choice, price a little more expensive than other jewelery stores but they have more vareity depending of your needs

I was one of those people who left a negative review at the wrong branch didn't expecting a response. I was also in one of those people who was totally embarrassed when LSM proved me wrong by following up with me the same day and offering exceptional service when it came to repairing my ring I bought 6 years ago.

Be careful about what you believe on the internet and always give them a chance to respond before harshly rating a business.

Francine at the anjou branch took time to personally reply to my review, she called me twice, and took the time to explain and re-explain the repairs that need to be done of my ring.

They were behind fair and completely accomodating. I had a great experience when buying with them and I had a great experience when it came to sorting out repairs years later .
