(May 18, 2019, 3:40 am)The receptionist and information officer was very rude to the citizens this Monday, May 6, 2019. On returning I said hello she answered me with a "yes" dry. I asked for a pen to fill out a form, she replied in a very unpleasant way "I do not lend a pen". She did the same with another citizen right after me. The institution is there to serve the citizens and she, if she has this job it is thanks to the citizens and their tax contributions.
