I am giving this company 5 stars because it absolutely excels at providing a high quality product and a superior customer service. I have been working closely with Pierre and what a delight it is. He is professional and knows every aspect of his product, he is patient , he responds quickly, he is listening to his customers and he provides a high end service, the kind of service that is reserved,for big paying clients , even if you are NOT and that is why i recommend this company - they respect thier clients no matter who they are.
I also want to mention the secretary/s that answer the phone, they are extremely professional and helpful. I would award Valtec more stars if I could! Thank you for setting the bar high!
