Rydel Roofing did an amazing job replacing the roof on our cottage last year.
Dealing with Stefan was a pleasure from the get go.
He took the time to explain in detail each step undertaken and address our concerns for choosing the shingles that best fit our budget. He kept us up-to-date as the work progressed and inform us of any issues. The ventilation on the attic was augmented after noticing it was inadequate for the size of the roof. The chimney cap was also replaced in the process.
His team did a thorough job of cleaning debris around the house after completing the work.
Overall, very clean, professional and efficient.

Stefan and his team are wonderful! They are responsive, punctual, respectful, and extremely helpful. They did a great job at replacing our roof, identifying problems and previous work that was not done properly, and fixed them in an efficient yet economical way. Stefan has even come back to help with a problem (not caused by Rydel or the new roof) without hesitation. I know I can rely on them and would recommend Rydel to anyone.

Stephen is very professional and knowledgeable about the products and he helped us decide what was best for us. We decided to go with the new Euroshield tiles (made of recycled rubber tire material) and has a life span of 50+ years and 30 year warranty and it is more affordable than a metal roof. We had excellent service with Stephen and the team and they were present at 7:00 am and wouldn’t leave past 7:00 pm to get the job done. I would highly recommend Rydel Roofing for your roofing needs.

Stefan the salesman was very professional easy to talk to and listened to my concerns.he explained everything really well so I was confident on my decision. The team showed up right on time and were very friendly and well equipped. They did a nice job and on time they were also very professional. What an unbelievable experience with Rydel and the owner, Stefan! From inquiry phone call to picking up the last remaining pieces of scrap, this company was very professional and I could not be more thrilled with their work and the end product. I called several companies and Stefan was the only company that reached out to me the same day (within a couple hours) of leaving a message. He answered all questions and came to visit the house to address and provide me with different options for roofing which ended up being a one hour minimum meeting. He really took the time and wanted to leave ensuring I had no more outstanding questions and that I was happy and settled with the choice I made. The crew he also sent (Craig and company) were also great. They were there minutes before 7am and worked non stop until 6pm and beyond and the clean up at the end of every day was spectacular (I have a dog and that’s always a concern if any old nails fell off the roof). Stefan, the owner, was there every day of the project taking pictures and communicating with me. They even took the time to put a waterproof tarp over top of my roof when they knew there was a possibility that it would rain before they were able to complete it. If I ever have family or friends that are looking to get their roofs done and are questioning whether to go shingles or metal, although he also does shingles, I would highly recommend metal (in case you’re interested, I went with Coffee Brown colour) and to go with Rydel!
