(October 5, 2021, 4:29 pm)Twice recently I have taken items to donate. On both occasions there was a different man working. Neither one of them said a word to me, no hello and no thank you. I found this to be quite rude and ungrateful. I have heard that Renaissance Dorval is quite different.

I mean sometimes an item has simply outlived it s usefulness and it is time to throw it out... I guess those folks are the same ones who donate expired food..

(September 8, 2018, 12:01 am)Love that this place is open at 8. I can drop off my stuff on my way to work. Except when the employee does not show up until 8:15... the reason I go for 8 is so I can put my stuff inside and protect it from the elements. I don't like to have to leave my stuff on the wet sidewalk because the guy is not there yet. Yes I'm giving you my stuff for free, but I still care for it. The person on the other end does not want stuff damaged by the elements because of a careless employee..
