Claude was a very nice, reliable and honest salesperson. This is the second range I buy from Corbeil because of my good experience with my first range, the extended warranty service and the quality of the service I received there. I visited 2 other locations and found them equally professional, helpful and kind. A big difference in the service quality and experience between them and the Canadian Appliance store across the street. I haven't received my second range yet so I cannot comment on the item I bought or the delivery service. I can just tell you that I had a good feeling in this store and with Claude as compared to other stores and salespeople that seem more concerned with their commission. Thank you Claude!

Impressive people fantastic service,recently bought the washer dryer's, very professional people they know what you really need at home.

Very knowledgable sales person (Tim) helped me find a dishwasher that met my specification and was in stock. Delivery was scheduled to mu convenience. Delivery guys were polite and clean. Online delivery tracking was great which enabled me to schedule my morning yet be available for the delivery.
