I wish I had been introduce to Vlad and HAOS earlier in my life. You will absolutely learn from a dedicated, professional, knowledgeable master of martial art, and the best part is that besides the techniques, Vlad will teach how to be aware of your surroundings which will make the difference between finding yourself IN a situation or AVOIDING the situation. I gained so much confidence, and been a women is no more a desadvantage since I learned to defend myself from an attacker no matter what shape or form it comes in. I totally recommend 105%

Its been a while. But i was in the best shape of my life when i was regularly attending classes. I felt stronger and lost alot of weight.

Teacher is knowledgeable and accessible. Would recommend for someone that wants to learn some basic self defense.
