I would disregard any negative reviews . You are not in the the Courier business as long as they are if the service would be bad . Great people to work with and consistently on time.
I will be fair ,I tried many times to contact them but in vain,none answer ,I was supposed to receive a parcel since a week ago,I sent many emails no answer.
today I was lucky ,someone answered my call ,she was very very polite and explain to me that after the Black Friday it is the mess in the office,and normally they work most of time in the downtown she offered to send it the next day if I want ,or come to the office to pick it up.
I chose the Second option,it took 30 seconds to get my parcel in their office.
A company I worked for used them for quick deliveries. I've never had any problems with them, other than a couple of missed deliveries, mostly caused by traffic and weather delays, things they obviously have no control over. I've always had excellent service when I called, the customer service reps are very pleasant and nice, and will do whatever they can to help you resolve problems.
