The manager at this location (John) is great. The whole team really was amazing. Probably the best customer service I've had in a shoe store. I've been to Foot locker, Browns and Globo in the last couple of months and they don't even cime close to offering service like that.
They will literally go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.
Guys, keep doing what you're doing.

Nice place to buy new shoes. Now they have promotion, if you buy one, next one has 25% discount. There are sorel and ugg, nike..etc.

I have shopped at Rubinos before. This is the first time I’ve been back to the store since they moved from gallery des source to a store on sources. Hibba kindly greeted me and helped me find the shoes I needed. She was patient and friendly. I highly recommend this store. Excellent costumer service.

Amazing customer services!!! I recently bought shoes and bag. When I arrived at the store I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and were not available in store but, Paul went out of his way to find the shoes I wanted from a different store.

Excellent service and staff is very knowledgeable. I bought a pair of suede winter boots. The owner told me how to take care of them and even sprayed them down with the protectant spray. A very nice touch most places wouldn't do. Highly recommend.
