(October 25, 2022, 11:21 pm)I've been living at 9801 Ceres the past 3 years and it is by far the best apartment building I've lived in. My apartment is very large for a newly built complex and it's pet friendly - there's even a small hiking trail right next to the building (30 sec walk) which allows me walk my dog off leash. I highly recommend the building especially since the new change in management, the building is always clean and maintenance items are taken care of quickly.
