(September 28, 2018, 11:02 pm)This bar/resto is in Pierre Elliot Trudeau airport at the A53 gate. The reason I am reviewing this establishment is because of the bartender. His name is Vincent and is a master elixir mixer. His attention to detail, passion about mixology and client servicing are bar none. If you ever get to this area, seek him out and order whatever you want and be amazed at his theatrics and skill. I have never had a bar Margarita as on point as his. He is open to suggestion and mixes with a smile. His skill level is top shelf and with ebullient passion. Wow, highly impressive. Just ask him for a 1/8th syrup Margarita and he will know exactly what you are taking about and tell him regards from Bill. You will not be disappointed.
