When shopping online, I also appreciate when measurements are indicated so I can know what size to order. This detail, combined with a really nice past customer service interaction, is a major reason why I recommend this brand to my friends. I’ve had difficulty with returns at one of the more mainstream period underwear brands. With Justine Haines the experience was seamless (haha pun intended!)
