Provincial Airlines

I have to say...I was about to lose my mind when someone with very willing looked at me and said you can't make it to your flight as you are 6m late... When an angel called Melissa showed up and pick up the ball.
She was extraordinary helping me through, what I could describe a very rough day of my week. She solved my problem, gave me solutions and plan my next steps and made it all work out. Even though I arrived there at 6:06a.m and had to come back for noon and left at 16:30 pm - she made it so much better than I could have imagine someone to. I told her I thank her very much and I hope she keeps shining as an excellent (as we used to have) customer service agent.

Look. PAL (formerly Provincial) Airlines is a tiny regional company that primarily serves a rather small community. If you go into your flight knowing this (to be honest, I had no idea until I was waiting for my PAL plane that I booked through Air Canada), you'll be fine. They're tiny. They're low budget. And most of their flight crew is *yooouuuuung* but they're kind, friendly, courteous, and they'll safely get you where you need to go.

Big shout out to the 24 November cabin crew on PB1940 from YUL to YQB - it was great to get to know you kids a bit while we waited for our taxis! 😊

First time flying with this group. The planes are small and a bit cold but we got to the destination fast and safe.
