I had Martin come and assess my system at home which was a natural gas furnace with heat pump. My system was not well configured and I was not maximizing the use of the DT rate with hydro Quebec and had periods were the confort would suffer because of the system switching between the furnace and the heat pump. The Tri-Energy system fixed these issues and also utilized everything to its fullest potential. My system now adjusts the stage of heat required based on the temperature discrepancy rather than a timer. My energy consumtion is now similiar to geothermal system at a fraction of the cost. Also not to mention that the system is more environmentally friendly because my natural gas consumption is down approx 70% per year. Lastly Martin also installed relay for my level 2 EV charger so that all the charging occurs when the bi-energy is not activated and therefore the electrical consumption costs significantly less. I strongly recommend this company and this product as it has multiple benefits. Great after sales service and 10/10 overall.
