EconoMax

Date of visit: Sunday Jan 8 around 3pm.
My husband and I were on our way to visit Brault & Martineau, and noticed EconoMax, so we stopped there first.
Upon entering the showfloor, we simply made our way to the modular sectionals, and started trying them. My husband tried one, and I made a comment "this is not going into our basement, this is the ultimate bachelor, not a couple's sectional". Brigitte was with other customers, and started laughing at my comment. She asked how is it a bachelor sectional, and not a couple's sectional. I explained to her that I wanted something modern and classy and not big, bold, and brown. She quickly told us that she has the perfect one for us, and walked us to 2 models which were exactly what I had envisioned. She told us to try everything, and to let her know if we had any questions. She didn't harrass us like most salespeople would, and I appreciated it. She came later on to check on us, and I told her bluntly that we are not in a hurry to purchase, because we are looking at many other stores as well. She said that was quite fine, and she wrote the model we liked best on her business card. She told us we can check online the model when we are ready to purchase, and there might be sales, and to keep an eye out. She overheard that we had a dog, and she mentioned that they had various protection plan, as well as a product that can be used since the model we liked didn't have cushion covers, and were built into the structure. Brigitte left us with such an amazing shopping experience, that I wanted to share. Thank you.
