Falafel St. Jacques

Finally tried this place after passing it almost daily since it opened. Food was delicious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Tastes as good as it smells.

Good food, and often quite packed. Definitely casual, no pretensions here. All vegetarian food, and pitas made right there. They also have various pre-packaged food from other places for sale. They have a parking lot with 3 very narrow places (better to call it 2 places with space to get in our out), but there is usually street parking within a half-block.

Falafel (spicy) and Sibach (an eggs, and eggplant mix with salad) are very tasty.
The Falafel sandwich is one of the best I had in Montreal (if not the best).
There is also something cute about the shop itself.
Worth the trip (for those living far away from the place).

Must eat here!!! The falafel pita is INSANELY delicious and priced perfectly. It is packed with goodness. They freshly fry the falafels in front of you and provide excellent customer service. I always eat there as their decor and terrace deserves to be enjoyed. I HIGHLY recommend. Oh and did I mention most of the menu is VEGAN??

The only true Israeli food I have found in the city. Don't bother with the potatoes/fries the various salads here are amazing. Of course the falafel is also to die for and they do a great job giving you tons of sides and flavors. Advice: If it has eggplant in it it WILL be delicious.
