Mr. Tanguay & Fils

Today we are quickly on the disposal and replacement….
We have a Brigg & Stratton pressure washer and a little piece that connects the garden hose to the broken machine. We went back to Canadian Tire but they don't have the parts for the machine, they told us to call Briggs & Stratton Co. unfortunately the piece is discontinued, no piece to replace it so a change of machine was their response. So we started looking for the song on Ebay, Amazone, Barrette et Fils in Ontario, Power tool replacement, All parts inc. nothing to do all out of stock.
After discussion with our son Jean François he advised us to redo the piece with plumbing fittings. So we went to Réno, Home depot, Rona, BMR, Quincaillerie pont Mercier, Le petit Motor, none were able to advise us adequately their answers were to part with the machine or they always referred us to someone else. without success. It was in a tool rental store on St-Jacques that he referred us to Mr. Tanguay & Fils in Lachine Mr. Louis really gave us good customer service and we shared JF's recommendations with him, and he succeeded with 3 fittings to reproduce the broken piece. Hats off to M. Louis and THANKS JF for the advice. The moral of this story tenacity and perseverance always lead to success. Today the machine is working really well.

Super friendly staff

I had water leak issue in my Karcher water pressure after I forgot it in garage :( but luckily found this place.
This folks fixed the issue very fast, professional and with reasonable price.
