Good quality service performed on the car itself. However, the staff were unfriendly and rude. Especially George, the older man. Treat your customers with more respect.

I have been a customer for 6 or 7 years. I have always been satisfied with the work performed and trust them to provide honest and fair assessments to issues I wish addressed. I have noticed that they have a loyal customer base, so my experience is not unique. Winter tire changeover, storage and oil change done in about an hour. Very satisfied.

I don't know what I'd do without Rick and George, they are always ready to help me with my car and I can't thank them enough for all their
great service & knowledge!
If your not going to this Ok Tire on 21st Avenue, you should try them to see for yourselves, they are truly the BEST!!

It is my second time going to this shop. Let me tell you both times I was pleasantly surprised. Ric is courteous, and helpful. The service at.this place is professional and honest. I was dealing with a flat tire with a baby on board. They took my car in right away and the price was right. I would recommend to anyone and I am a tough customer.
