Palmer Auto has to be one of the best destination for buying retail cars in the west island! Polite staff, prompt on communication with customer(s) (me) ????, they even accepted me and i have had pretty bad credit! They accept 1st, 2nd and 3rd chance credit! I was super happy driving away in my 2015 subaru. Clean beautiful semi new car. I was also greeted by a really beautiful sales woman ???? ????.
I walked away a very happy customer.

Ok so here i am to change my review.Bought a car 7 months ago and the first week the break were bad, the radio was finished and the heater on the passenger side had no heat.At the beginning after putting a little pressure on them i got front breaks done which im guessing 45.00 for there cost and 7 months later still nothing done with the radio or heat othe then a 80.00 radio from the internet which i couldnd even get installed unless i payed 800.00.So sinse i bought an origional radio myself for 500.00 and im guessing i have to put over 1000.00 on my heater because now i have no heat on either side sinse they refused to fix it when i first bought it and now not only passanger side no heat but drivers side a little warm are.Never heard back from them sinse about june.So as far as im concerned they are very dishinest and very bad on service and i do not recomend Palmer auto at all, very disapointed.
Ok i will email you more information and i understand what your saying about a used car but its not a 2000.00 car im talking about, it 10000.00 car and what about a the 3 month warrenty which is by law?

Friendly staff, cars are great. Down 2* because they did not explain all the charges added to the purchase and found them only at the delivery.

Chris and his team really know what they are doing - I have sold several of my privately owned cars to Chris and he always be honest and fair. He's got a great team over there.
