They answered the call right away (didn't go to voice mail like other companies), we discussed the price and they said they would come over in about 30 minutes. The tow truck arrived 35 minutes later and did a good job at securing my vehicle; took less than 2 minutes to put it on the flatbed. No problems what-so-ever and there were no surprises. Very satisfied. FYI, I asked how large their fleet of trucks and the driver said they have 3 flatbed, 6 tow trucks and 1 cube (very large for semi-trucks & buses). I was allowed to ride along to the dealership. Review date: January 4, 2018.
