Best experience you can ever have! My Lowa Innox Mid GTX boots seemed to have some waterproof issue, I wasn't sure. They took them in for waterproof test. Normally they need a receipt to carry out the warranty but they still took them in even without my receipt. Results came out one day after depositing my boots and they decided to give me a new pair after some examination! Luckily I found my receipt but they told me they didn't need it to tell my boots were in within that 1 year warranty. Everything turned out perfect! Very satisfied!
