Good service and proper repair. The work was done meticulously. We had water infiltration through the flat gravel tar roof and he was able to investigate to find the parts in question and make a quick repair. No surprise on the price despite the winter conditions which required several round trips of icebreaking. Only downside to mention is a slight delay caused by “another job to finish”. He was able to provide us with all the photos and evidence needed for our insurance file.

We had problems with water leaks in the drain of our Duplex. We did business with a company "specialized in roofing" to repair the problem, but unfortunately the problem was not solved at all. But we were lucky enough to hire Eric. Thanks to his experience, his professionalism, his turnkey service and his attention to detail, he found the real problem. He changed the drain and he had to redo the repair that the other company had done. We are very satisfied with his work, thank you very much Eric for helping us.
