I would give a 6 star as I was able to save money on the service call by having received instructions over the phone on how to perhaps fix the problem. The response time was fast and very friendly ! I would recommend this place to everyone who is having problems with their central vacuum. Thanks !

The service was very good and fast. He had the part in stock and was able to repair my vacuum in less that 5 minutes. Good service and very polite.

I don’t typically leave reviews BUT I just had to say I’ve worked with them a little over a year on my existing house central vacuum. Not only do I get A+ response time- but he truly goes out of his way to make sure I get the beat service and NOT overpay or buy something I don’t need. Even one time he came over, showed me I had what I needed and not to spend my money on anything more! Talk about honesty and integrity.
