As first time parents, we were terrified of shopping for baby's stuff. PATTY was God sent for us. She walked us through so many baby essentials and helped us select stroller, car seat and all other required stuff. All of the items suggested by Patty were useful. Thank you so much.

She was patient with us and helped us over an hour going through each feature. Definitely one of the best customer service experiencs I have encountered in a long time. Ps. BABIES R US has so many cute and gorgeous things for infants!
