I had an excellent experience with this company - the only one of about ten companies I had called that gave me an appointment quickly for an urgent repair of my residential air conditioners. They were pleasant, professional and they explained every step of the repair to me. They took time to do everything right. Moreover, their fees were very reasonable relative to the market - they did not take advantage of the urgency of my situation and the huge demand in the summer for their services.
