They are very responsive & friendly. And super accommodating!! I didn’t even need to worry about my boxes being picked up from my apartment even though I wasn’t in town during that time, they are that efficient & responsible! Genuinely grateful for their services!

My experience with Fellow was exceptional. They assisted me throughout my entire process of clearing out my apartment as I moved back home for the summer. They are super flexible and responsive as I had to ask for more boxes to be dropped off, and then realized later that I did not need as many as I had asked for! They then adjusted my order and it was overall a great experience. I have recommended them to many of my friends and fellow students. Thank you so much!!

From the first time I reached out in their chat on their website to the day of pick up, Storage Fellows has been amazing. They were so helpful and I was trying to organize all of this from BC as my son was in Montreal alone trying to pack up his apartment while studying for finals. They dropped off extra boxes and bubble wrap and came during the time frame I requested. After the pick up they itemized everything by price and it was clear to me. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing this service!!

They were incredibly considerate and made exceptional adaptations to accommodate and cater to all that I requested. They were also extremely easy to communicate with and constantly kept me updated through messenger.
