Excellent customer service. I was having problems with the website & I was called by Robert who got it all straightened out. I ordered puzzles on Mon & Robert expedited my delivery by sending it via UPS & I received them on Tues! Amazing. I love being in the warehouse but I live in ON. Every time I am in Montreal I try to go but I could be in the warehouse for 3 days, no problem. Incredible variety & excellent service in the warehouse as well. Robert how about opening a 2nd Jigsaw Jungle in ON? Somewhere not too far from me ????

This place gets mixed reviews from me. It has such a big selection of puzzles and I could spend an afternoon there. I love it. Kind of like my happy place.

I don't mind the warehouse feel, it's part of its charm. But the stuff on the lower racks are beyond my sight and I miss out on stuff. The rickety stairs and upper floor are something but heck, you only live once.

I visited their website after a while being away and they have greatly sped it up, thank gawd! However the search option is just so clunky and not encompassing. Good luck.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found Jigsaw Jungle's website! This is the best puzzle (and related items) website ever! With over 100,000 puzzles, I could shop here forever. It's even fun to just "window" shop. I have found their website to be very user-friendly. If and when I do have a question, Robert promptly responds and is the best customer service representative I've ever had the pleasure of speaking or emailing with. Shipping is very reasonably priced, even though I live in the US. My puzzles arrive quickly and safely packaged. I have no need to check any other puzzle websites anymore...
