Public Storage

I have been storing here since 2012 and has been the best storage place with the best customer support ever.

Today I had the pleasure to meet George at the front desk, who was kind enough to show me a unit, even if he had to stay overtime to make an extra last minute customer happy. :)

Which I appreciated so much, thank you! A small gesture goes a long way.

All the staff I interacted with were very helpful and happy. The woman that helped set up my account was great! I unfortunately can't remember her name, but the woman that checked me out, Tanya, was also a pleasure to deal with. The units are easy to access and clean. The only downside was that when it was busy (because of moving season), there was a shortage of carts. Definitely recommend.

I have dealt with Ms Georgina Vautour (Property Manager) and her staff for 4 years. During that time I have upgraded numerous times to larger units. At all times, Ms. Vautour and her staff have ALWAYS been enormously professional, considerate, patient and kind. They are a credit to their organization and they are one of the main reasons why this public storage location is always immaculate and well managed. No matter where I reside in Montreal, I will always use this storage location due to its exemplary staff.

I had a great experience with Public Sotrage. I never had issues with my unit. The content stayed clean, there were no bugs, no water damage and no moisture issues.
Also, the process to close the account was extremely quick and efficient. If I would need another storage unit, I would definitely call them again.
