I went to Rayko for the first time a few years ago, after being referred by a coworker and I was truly amazed at how well Ashley did my hair! I have thick, curly hair so I used to be a bit scared of trying new hairstylists. I’ve never been disappointed, whether I went in for a haircut or a colouring! Ashley is the sweetest and always makes sure I’m comfortable. She is very very talented!

Overall amazing experience. Really satisfied with how my hair turned out. The staff is patient, helpful and really nice. Would and will recommend Rayko to all my friends and family members!

I have been going to this salon for more than 12 years. My hair has been done by most of the staff here and the service and quality that I have gotten here cannot compare to anywhere. I truly love every stylist here and I know I can trust them at any time with my hair. One stylist in particular has caught my heart and saved me from a big hair disaster. Her name is Ashley McCarrey! She is amazing and words cannot describe how good she is at her job! She is very passionate and is a very wonderful person! Always lots of laughs and good times while sitting in her chair!

Hi there! I've been a client at Rayko for many many years. I've seen the team change throughout the years, but everyone has always been friendly, kind, and talented! I don't trust very many people to handle my hair but I know that I am in good hands with Ashley. She's always down for my crazy ideas and extremely thoughtful. She really cared for me and made sure that my cut and color made me feel like the best me. I am very grateful for her expertise! I highly recommend checking out the salon! It's amazing to see how far it's come throughout the years.

Review Update: Benoit asked his team to contact me and gave me an appointment to fix my haircut without an extra charge. Starting from there, I am going to say that it’s pretty impressive that a business acknowledge a mistake and try to fix it. I went and the service and kindness from the new stylist who cut my hair this time was awesome. I felt happier with the results. I am not going to give more that 3 stars because the situation from the beginning and at the end I don’t get the haircut that I was looking for, because we need to cut it shorter than what I wanted. But the service definitely deserves a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Thank you to improved my experience and take care of my complaint. 👏🏼

I had here the worst haircut in my entire life, It seemed that she was cutting branches from a tree. I’ve never been the kind of person who complain or be mean with people or businesses, but I care about my hair a lot and I don’t find it fair the result … And its not about the cost, I could gladly pay the double for a BETTER haircut. The place is very nice,
looks that you’re in a fancy hairstyle salon with high class professionals, that’s why I chose to try it but I am very unsatisfied, disappointed and sad because they mess my hair. Give one star is too much to express how I feel right now. And I hope that as a business they improve to give better experiences for future clients. Good luck.
