I fdund the menu pricy compared to other restaurants. For the bread in the beginning, they didnt serve it. They served small toast crackers with small chopped tomatos.
Food was ok.
Nice location, by the water.

(November 24, 2018, 4:14 am)Our big family get-together at Riventino was a great success. Everyone commented that the meals were delicious, and service was excellent. We will definitely plan to return to Riventino.

First, and most important, you can't beat that view and location. If only for that, this place is worth a visit.
Second, the service was alright. Nothing particularly stood out. I was really surprised that for an Italian place, they have cold bread being served before the meal.
The food: I ordered a pizza and it was delicious. I can't speak for any of the other food, but the pizza was on-point.
Worst case scenario, if you don't like it, you still get a romantic walk by the river!
(August 6, 2018, 4:39 am)Lovely spot with two distinct sections but some delicious food. The calamari appetizer was delicious and tender but cut a little thick. They also included the tentacles which I love. The linguine with clams was absolutely excellent loaded with little neck clams still in the shell. Make sure you order the carrot cake, so moist and the icing is to die for. The complimentary In house bread is just as good as a bakery and the bruschetta accompaniment was fresh and seasoned just right!
