VanLife Mtl

We rented a van for a megatrip of a month, chasing the little MTB resorts that Eastern Canada and the US has to offer, with the fall colours as a bonus. We had the bigger MEA van with fixed shower and it performed beyond expectation. Easy to drive, well kitted out, plenty of space. The electricity worked very well, we needed half a sunny day to have the batteries on a 100% again. The heater worked like a charm. We could easily go self contained for three days in a row. We only used the warm water heater when we were hooked up to shore power though, as that draws a lot of power. We are dreaming of having one of these vans for ourselves now!

The only remark I would have on the van is that it is hard to keep your luggage from moving all around the garage. Luckily we had straps with us, and we got quite handy in strapping our bags and bikes down, but a system that would allow to fix boxes or drawers would be ideal.
Doors on the cabinets above the galley would also be good.
The garage fits two long 29' mountainbikes easily.

The company itself is a gem. We were helped with all our questions beofrehand, and they were very gracious, when I could not get the bikes disassembled (pedals were stuck) on the return day, they offered the van to us again so we could go to a bike shop, and waited for us to get it fixed. That was amazing. Thank you very much vanlifemtl for a great mountainbiking holiday. We will be back!

We had an amazing time road tripping Eastern Canada during the fall season with a van from VanLife MTL (22-30th September). The MEA 19'8'' model provides a great driving experience with all facilities on board. Very comfortable and unforgettable. We would recommend
VanLife to anyone considering recreational rental, whether first-time in a van or experienced.

Only point of criticism is that VanLife did not respond to questions we send beforehand via email and FB messenger.

We recently had the pleasure to rent a Loki Icarus 8 from VanLife for 2 weeks to tour Newfoundland. We wanted a vehicle that was compact enough to get around easily while also including everything we needed to sustain ourselves! Our expectations were exceeded and we had a great time - there's plenty of storage space and vanlife include all the essentials to ensure you'll have a great trip! Really highly recommended, and I would certainly use their services again.

Did a trip around Gaspesie - with my son and my girlfriend. The Van was great! Provided everything you need for a roadtrip - off grid if you like. Only thing - if you are 6‘1, you sleep diagonally :)

We just came back from our second VanLife Mtl roadtrip (or better said JeepLife Mtl) and definitely can recommend them! Compared to our booking last year, which was already pretty good, they actually stepped up their offering with nice little sponsored gifts when you get the car.
Overall it's the perfect rental for any kind of camping roadtrip, if you want a stress-free trip, because everything you might need is already included. Pick-up was easy, the car and tent were perfectly fine as well and giving back the car was easy and smooth on a Sunday afternoon as well. Can't complain and will be looking forward maybe to next year to book them again for our Ontario roadtrip!
