I have been with the Clinic for about 10 years now. Marc and Amelie were always professional and extremely helpful. I recently met Elsa who helped me with two new hearing aids. Once again: professional, efficient, supportive and kind.
For hearing aid professional services (from Amelie), equipment and servicing, Clinique auditive Baribeau-Lafrance on Laurier stands among the best.
We had been to another provider where our experience was most disappointing. After doing considerable research, we came across Amelie at Baribeau-Lafrance and have been very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Amelie was a sound engineer before becoming a hearing aid specialist and she most competently brings her skill sets to the benefit of her clients. She focused on my wife's specific hearing needs without pushing a particular brand. Prices were very competitive and after sales servicing has always been done promptly.
We recommend this provider without reserve.
Over the past two years, I have received excellent guidance from Mathieu Baribeau. His knowledge is comprehensive and he never rushes through a consultation. In other words, professional expertise is complemented by a warm and attentive manner. I recommend this clinique without hesitation.
Amélie Ethier-Murfitt is a terrific Audioprothésiste. She knows her stuff. She is patient and über pleasant. Her clinic is ultra-efficient. Great selection of hearing aids. Her secretary Nayla is very nice and helpful. I heartily recommend this clinic for anyone using hearing aids or needs an audiogram.
Expert team of audiologists who go beyond making sure your hearing aids function technically.
Amélie and Marc think about how you will experience hearing—the function of it as well as the beauty of it. They spend time to learn about your life and your goals and find a solution that works for you.
Plus, their customer service was exceptional. They worked with my incredibly complicated work schedule and found a solution that worked with my lifestyle, my budget, and my goals—anticipating tools I didn’t even know existed, but that I now I can’t imagine living without. My work, my life, my relationships are better with them in it. They pay careful attention to details and keep up to speed with the latest technologies without ever forgetting that hearing aids are about the person.
(The only problem—in the winter you have to wear those ugly bootie things to protect the carpet which might matter if you have a high fashion sense).
