(February 12, 2022, 3:17 pm)I lived for almost 5 years in this building, and overall I had a pretty good experience. Over these years I wanted to move out to have a change of view, but each time we couldn't find the same value for money. And the situation is one of the main point, you can find almost everything around.
Is this a perfect place? Far from it. You can't expect a shiny griffintown standard building in the plateau for a reasonable price, let's keep it real :)
But it's a clean and convenient place.
The administrators have changed in the last 2 years, and they make a way better job than before.
