Smaller store location than the others around Montreal, but it makes up for it with a cozier and and warmer team of lovely workers! Fair prices and fresh produces.

Their prices are a little bit higher than other supermarkets in the area but is a good place for vegetarians.

A good health store with a variety of choices, my favorite choice is the soup for the day, its only $2.30 taxes included, very healthy. For example, lental and vegetable soup, chicken and vegetable soup, ground beef, potatoes and vegetable soup, as well as others. They are thick and filling for a soup.

I was shocked my the wide selection and the reasonable prices! Most items are fairly well priced, and you can get everything from produce to essential oils to prepared foods. Highly recommended, and a very fun place to browse around!
