(February 7, 2015, 2:40 am)Recently went through the whole "car accident" ordeal, and it was not a pleasant experience (duh). The police called the towing company from Auto Affix. This company was really great, the tow truck driver was professional and very helpful - and talked me out of my "oh wahhhh I've just been in an accident" mood. At the office (Auto Affix) they were extremely helpful with my insurance claims, and did all the dirty work.
They kept me updated on the status of my appraisal and repairs, and finished repairs on my car way sooner than expected - and my car looks new again. Would definitely recommend.
